Summer Shipping Schedule

RGO is taking any and all precautions to combat the possibility of mold or other microbial growth during transit. Moving forward, the below is our updated policy:

The humidity and extreme heat inside dry trucks creates an ideal environment for mold. We recommend shipping via reefer truck from May-September. While still utilizing dry carriers for orders during late fall, winter and early spring. 

We respect that the final choice of freight carriers and shipment methods is at your discretion. In order to maintain the high quality and freshness of our pecans, the above is our strong recommendation. As such, if you choose to ship via dry truck, we will no longer be able to accept claims regarding issues with mold.

Damaged Product

In order to receive credit for damaged products or shortages all claims shall be made within 2 business days of delivery.  Any damage claims submitted to RGO more than two (2) business days post delivery can not be guaranteed.

Transit Delays

All projected delivery dates, although running 97% + on-time are estimates per the carriers projected transit times.

Warranty

Claims for product found to be defective due to processing must be made promptly but no later than within 30 days of receipt of product. Upon confirmation of the defect, RGO shall promptly refund or credit the purchase price paid for the products in question or replace the products, at RGO’s option. The foregoing remedy shall be your sole remedy for failure to comply with the warranty.
